In order to have your job best fit to your needs, we use modeling and nesting software, such as CAD-CAM Programming, Radan, and 3D Solidworks, to get an all-around look at the dimensions, workings, and other aspects of the project. We can accept files in the following formats: dwg, dxf, jpg, 3D models, iges, and step.
Precise Punching Ability
Our precise punching services are ideal for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, fabrication, and construction. We can handle both small and large-scale projects and can punch anything from simple holes to complex shapes. Our waterjet punching technology allows us to punch through materials up to 6 inches thick, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Precision Laser Cutting
Rivers Edge specializes in providing precision laser cutting services utilizing our state-of-the-art fiber optic laser technology. We have two fiber optic lasers that allow us to deliver precise and accurate cuts on a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, plastics, and more. With our advanced laser cutting systems, we can cut intricate designs and shapes with minimal material waste, leaving clean edges and a high-quality finish.
Our laser-cutting bed size is 6’ x 12’, allowing us to cut large sheets with ease and efficiency.
Machine Shop Services
Our machine shop is ideal for a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and more. We can handle both small and large-scale projects, and are equipped to handle anything from prototyping to full-scale production runs.

We also offer additional services such as CAD/CAM programming, material handling, and part nesting to optimize the machining process and reduce material waste. Our CNC machines are equipped with high-precision tooling, ensuring the highest accuracy and repeatability of the parts.
